AI training, crafted for your team.

We build each session around your team’s tools, workflows and data rules, and we deliver it in person. Your people leave using AI well on their own work, with the guardrails, the library and the measures to keep it that way.

A call with our team. You leave with a scope, or an honest no.

Your tools

Taught inside the assistant you have licensed, in the applications your team already opens.

Your work

Every exercise comes from a survey of the people attending. Their inbox, their reports, their clients.

Your rules

Data, confidentiality and UK GDPR guardrails agreed with you first, then written on one page.

Your measures

Three numbers set before the day and reviewed with you at week four.

What we do

Crafted sessions, not a course off the shelf.

Adopting AI well is one of the few decisions that changes how every job in the organisation gets done. We retrain your team to be excellent at it, on the tools you already pay for, in a way you can see in the numbers.

  • Built around your tools

The assistant your organisation has licensed, inside the applications your team already opens. No new software, no vendor pitch.

  • Designed from your work

The exercises are your team’s own inbox, their reports, their clients.

  • In person, hands on

Small groups, laptops open, remote colleagues joining live.

  • Your rules, written in

Data, client confidentiality and UK GDPR guardrails agreed with you first.

  • Change you can measure

Three numbers agreed up front and reviewed with you at week four, not left to a feedback form.

  • Delivered by our team

Senior people who build with these tools, named before you book.

Two ways in

A custom package for your organisation, or lessons for you.

Everything is built to fit. The only decision to make now is which of these two you are.

Custom package

A custom package for your company, team or group

Built from a scoping call and a survey of the people attending. From a half day for one team to a programme across a quarter for the whole organisation.

Companies, teams, departments, boards and groups of any size, taken through in cohorts of up to twelve.

  • Sessions built on your team’s real work, inside the assistant your organisation has licensed

  • Your data, confidentiality and UK GDPR guardrails agreed first and written on one page

  • A workflow library, a 30-day plan and a review call at week four

  • Leadership sessions, whole-organisation rollouts and internal champions, as the package needs

Individual lessons

Individual lessons

One-to-one lessons for one person, on their own work, with one of our team. For founders, professionals and anyone who wants to work well with AI without waiting for their organisation to catch up.

Individuals. No technical background needed.

  • Your own tasks, your own tools, from the first fifteen minutes

  • A working method you carry between tools without relearning it

  • A prompt sheet and a plan for the week, written before you leave

  • Single lessons or a short series, as you prefer

Pricing and our standard

Every engagement is priced for the room, not per head, and scoped on a call. Group size, format, the tools in play and how far you want to take it all move the number, so we quote properly rather than publish a figure that turns out to be wrong.

If your team tells us on the day it wasn't useful, we don't invoice. That risk sits with us, not you.

How an engagement works

Designed with you. Built to stick.

The point is not a good day. It is your team still working this way at the end of the quarter. Everything before and after the room is designed for that.

  1. 01

    Scoping call

A call with our team. Your functions, your tools, your data rules, and what a good result would look like in numbers.

  2. 02

    Survey and tool review

A short survey to the people attending, and a look at how your assistant is set up. This is where the session stops being generic.

  3. 03

    We build the session

Exercises from your team’s real work, inside your tool, within your guardrails. You see the running order and the price before you commit.

  4. 04

    Delivery, in person

At your office or ours. Small group, laptops open, one of our team beside each person. By the end, the work is built and tested, not described.

  5. 05

    Handover

The workflow library, the one-page guardrails and the 30-day plan, written down where your team will actually find them.

  6. 06

    Review at week four

The three numbers, reviewed together: minutes saved, workflows in use, weekly active people. Then a decision about what comes next.

What changes by sector is the documents the work lives in and the rules a session is built around. Eight sector pages set that out.

Why training, not more tools

The tools are 30% of AI value. Your people are the other 70%.

Most organisations have already bought the licences. The return comes from how well people use them, and that is a training decision, not a procurement one.

The average adopter runs 1.6 tools. The licences are bought. The method is not.

And the honest half

The same research is clear that AI makes results worse on tasks outside its range, even when those tasks look similar to ones it handles well. Knowing where that line sits is most of what a session teaches.

Who delivers

Our team delivers it, in the room.

We are a team that uses these tools to run real work and has shipped AI commercially in corporate and startup settings. Our method comes from building with the tools week to week, not from a slide deck about them. That is the standard we hold every session to, whichever of us is leading it.

  • We use these tools to run our own company

Everyone on our team has built with these tools to do real work, in corporates and in startups, and still does. We teach what we use.

  • Senior in the room

Our sessions are led by senior members of our team and never handed down to a junior. You know who is leading yours before you book.

  • Vendor-neutral

We sell skills, not software. No reseller margin, no tool we are paid to recommend.

  • Plain English

If it cannot be explained without jargon, we do not teach it.

  • Measured honestly

Including what did not work. The week-four review is a real review.

Questions

The questions we are asked most.

The ones your organisation has. Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude are the usual four, and the session runs inside whichever you have licensed, in the applications your team already opens. We do not sell software and we do not teach a tool your people cannot use on Monday.

Three ways. A scoping call to understand your functions, your tools and your data rules. A short survey to the people attending, so every exercise is built from their actual work. And your guardrails, agreed with you before the day and captured on one page your team signs off. You see the running order before you commit to anything.

Yes. Individual lessons are one-to-one with a member of our team, on your own work, at our base in Wembley. Book a call and we will find the right shape.

The licences are already on your P&L whether people use them well or not. The session turns that spend into workflows your team runs every week, inside the tool you are already paying for.

We work to your rules, not ours. Before a session we agree what can and cannot go into a tool, including anything covered by client confidentiality or UK GDPR. The day ends with those guardrails on one page, agreed by your team.
