AI training for
Technology and SaaS
AI adoption for the rest of the company.
In most technology companies the engineers adopted AI early and everyone else is waiting to be shown. The gap is visible in the numbers: licences bought across the company, daily use concentrated in one function. Closing it is a training decision, and the buyer is usually the COO or the people team, not the CTO.

Why this sector
How AI training works for technology and SaaS companies
The commercial and operating teams in a software business have highly repeatable written work: outbound sequences, proposals, renewal decks, customer health summaries, release notes, job descriptions, board reporting. Each function gets workflows built on its own material, inside the assistant the company has licensed, with guardrails agreed with legal and security.
These sessions move quickly. The group is usually comfortable with software and impatient with theory, so the day is almost entirely hands on, with the method taught through their own work rather than explained first.
Functions we build for
- Sales and revenue operations
- Marketing and content
- Customer success and support
- People, talent and operations
- Finance, legal and leadership
What we train on
Workflows built on the documents your week already contains.
Account research and outbound drafting from the ICP and messaging the marketing team has already approved
Proposals, security questionnaires and renewal decks assembled from the approved answer bank
Customer health summaries and QBR preparation from support tickets, usage notes and call transcripts
Release notes, help centre articles and campaign copy drafted in the product voice and reviewed once
Job descriptions, interview scorecards and onboarding material in the company’s tone
Board and investor reporting drafted from the metrics the finance team has signed off
A shared prompt library per function, owned by operations rather than scattered across personal accounts
The shape of a typical session for this sector. Yours is built from a survey of the people attending and the assistant your organisation has licensed.
Built around your rules
The guardrails a session in this sector is designed around.
- Customer data and security posture
- What customer data may enter which tool, aligned with your existing security commitments and the questionnaires you answer.
- Shadow AI
- Bringing personal-account use into the licensed tenancy, so the company’s data sits where its contracts say it does.
- Product and roadmap confidentiality
- Unreleased product detail, pricing and pipeline: what stays out of prompts and why.
- Brand and legal review
- Where drafted external content is reviewed before it ships, and by whom.
None of this is legal or regulatory advice. It is the list of frameworks we agree the session around with your own compliance, legal or data owner before the day, and it ends up on one page your team signs off in the room.
Tools in play
Taught inside the tools this sector already uses.

Where to start
A custom package for your company, team or group
Built from a scoping call and a survey of the people attending. From a half day for one team to a programme across a quarter for the whole organisation.
Sessions built on your team’s real work, inside the assistant your organisation has licensed
Your data, confidentiality and UK GDPR guardrails agreed first and written on one page
A workflow library, a 30-day plan and a review call at week four
Leadership sessions, whole-organisation rollouts and internal champions, as the package needs
At your offices, or at ours. Ours is Seeds Hub, Empire Way, Wembley HA9 0RJ. Every engagement is priced for the room, not per head, and scoped on a call. Group size, format, the tools in play and how far you want to take it all move the number, so we quote properly rather than publish a figure that turns out to be wrong.
The two ways inQuestions
Questions we expect from technology and SaaS companies.
- Our engineers already use AI heavily. Should they attend?
- Usually not this session. It is designed for the commercial and operating teams, and it moves at their pace on their work. Engineers make excellent internal champions, though, and the AI Champions Programme is built for that role.
- We are on Google Workspace, not Microsoft. Does that matter?
- No. Sessions run inside whichever assistant you have licensed, in the applications your team already opens. Gemini in Docs, Sheets and Gmail is a common setup for this sector.
- Can this work for a distributed team?
- The session is in person, and remote colleagues join live. For a company spread across offices, we build the day around one location and run the follow-ups online.
