What we build
Four kinds of work we take off your team.
Each project starts with one clearly defined problem and the systems you already run.
Orders and documents
Turn emailed orders, forms and documents into structured records, ready to check.
Flag missing details and mismatches for review.
Example: An emailed purchase order becomes a sales order ready to check.
Matching and reconciliation
Compare invoices, orders and deliveries, and highlight differences.
Give your team the exceptions to investigate.
Example: Supplier invoices matched to orders and deliveries.
Reporting and visibility
Bring information from your systems into one view, with relevant alerts.
Help your team see where attention is needed.
Example: Cash, margin by customer and stock on one screen.
Answers from your information
Find answers in your price lists, policies and records, with the source shown.
Set review and approval steps around the task.
Example: A stock or price question answered, with the source shown.
Works with your existing setup
- Gmail
- Outlook
- Excel
- Google Sheets
- Google Calendar
- Microsoft Teams
- Slack
- and your accounts, CRM and forms
We start with your existing tools. During scoping, we check what can connect and identify any additional access, licences or software needed.
An example
Illustrative example: a distributor’s weekly reporting.
Fictional company, sample data.
The problem
A three-branch distributor rebuilds its weekly figures by hand from accounts, bank, stock and CRM exports. By the time the spreadsheet is ready, it is out of date.
What a solution could do
Feed the four sources into one live view: cash, margin by customer and stock, with a forecast that flags a shortfall weeks ahead.
How the team would use it
Read the view on Monday morning and spend the time on the items it flags, instead of on building the spreadsheet.
How a project runs
From one problem to a working solution.

01
Understand the task
A conversation about the work, the people who do it and the systems involved.
02
Investigate and scope
We walk through the process with your team, then agree the scope and price. If further investigation is needed, we explain what it involves and any cost beforehand.
03
Build and test
Built on the systems you already run and tested with the people who will use it.
04
Train and hand over
The people using it are shown how, on their own work, so it is theirs from the start.
05
Review agreed outcomes
We check the result against the outcomes agreed in the scope.
Scope and pricing
A clear scope before the build.
We agree what the solution will do, how we’ll test it and what it will cost. Training and handover are included in the agreed scope. Any third-party costs are explained upfront, with ongoing support agreed separately.
Questions
Questions about solutions.
Repetitive work that moves information between systems: orders and documents keyed in by hand, invoices matched line by line, recurring reports, and questions answered from your own files. Not every task suits automation; the call and the scoping show which do.
Someone who knows the work, a walkthrough of how it runs today, examples of the documents or data involved, and access to the systems we connect, agreed with whoever looks after them.
A person reviews anything that matters before it is saved, and anything the solution is unsure of is flagged rather than guessed. Errors found after handover are fixed under the support terms in your proposal.
We start from what you already run. Where something extra is needed, such as a database or an AI service, it is named in the proposal with its running cost before you agree.
Ownership of the deliverables is set out in the proposal and agreed before work starts.
Every project includes training and handover for the people using it. Ongoing maintenance and further builds are agreed separately.
We work to your rules, not ours. Before a project or a session we agree what can and cannot go into a tool, including anything covered by client confidentiality or UK GDPR, and write it down on one page. This is not legal advice; it is your policy, written down.
